Moodle 2.5 Update

The Oconee County Moodle sites were updated to the latest version this summer. Along with a new theme for our sites, there are several new features this year. The most exciting is the drop and drop feature. When you turn editing on to change your page, notice the blue bar that appears at the top of the screen.

This new feature will allow you to drag and drop any file from the desktop or another folder onto the page and it automatically adds the item to the page. In some cases you may be prompted to name it or answer a question, but this is way easier than ever before to add a file to your site. The same feature is present when you use the traditional method of adding files to the site under add and activity. The box below illustrates the new blue arrow that dances with the text "You can drag and drop files here to add them."
